Maker’s Haven is a one-woman studio (often with three kids nearby), so while I may be elbow-deep in dye pots or schoolbooks, every message is read with care.

I don’t have a large customer service team, just one pair of dye-stained hands and a heart that cares deeply about what I create. I typically respond within 2–3 business days (Wednesday–Friday are my studio office days).
